To request a refund or replacement, please send an email to hello@toutalou.com with your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request, within 60 days of receiving your first shipment.
Damaged Goods:
Our products are packaged with great care but we understand that sometimes accidents happen in transit. If this happens, feel free to contact us and email us a picture of the damaged product and we’ll have it replaced immediately at no extra charge.
Returns:
Orders that are received and processed by our office cannot be cancelled or modified. However, they may be eligible for a return. Toutalou will only accept unopened packages with the protective seals fully intact. Products that are returned within 30 days of purchase will receive a refund. Products that have been opened or damaged will not be eligible for processing as a return.
